We use a spreadsheet database with three sheets to help us manage the VA. The first sheet is used for keeping records of all the member's flight time, activity, suspensions, emails, virtual location, etc... The second sheet is our aircraft database, which is used for keeping records of all of the aircraft's flown flights, maintenance, tail number, etc... The third sheet is a list of all of our operating airports which all can be departure or arrival airports. The fourth sheet contains our airline budget, used to records aircraft orders, wages, grants, insurance payouts, etc.
